These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ambalvee website, AI Studio, AI Writing Assistant, client dashboard, and any service ordered through Ambalvee ("the Services"). By using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order and agree to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent — see our Privacy Policy.
Ambalvee provides outsourced services across academic support, engineering, technology, marketing, design, editing, and dedicated staffing, along with an AI tools directory and in-house AI assistant tools. Exact scope, timeline and price for any project are confirmed in writing (email or the platform) before work begins. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific grade, business outcome, ranking, or result — see Section 6, Disclaimer.
Prices shown are starting points; final pricing is confirmed per project or package before you're charged. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (see Section 8) — Ambalvee does not store your full card details. Packages billed monthly renew automatically until cancelled; see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
You agree to provide accurate information for any order, to use the Services in line with our Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity Policy, and to comply with any rules that apply to you personally — including your school or university's academic integrity policy and the laws of the country you're in. You are responsible for how you use anything delivered to you.
The Services, AI Studio, AI Writing Assistant, and any third-party AI tools linked from this site are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any output — academic, technical, creative, or AI-generated — will be error-free, will achieve a particular grade or business result, or will be accepted by any specific institution or client. AI-generated content in particular can be inaccurate; always review it yourself before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambalvee's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost grades, lost profits, or lost opportunities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Links in our AI Tools Hub go to independent third-party products (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others) that we don't control and aren't responsible for — some links may be affiliate links, disclosed where applicable. Payment for orders and packages is arranged directly with our team, including via WhatsApp, and may be completed through a payment provider we specify at the time. Ambalvee is not a bank or payment institution, and any third-party payment provider's own terms apply to that transaction.
Content you commission and pay for in full is yours to use as agreed in your order confirmation. Ambalvee's own site content, articles, branding, and code remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Don't reproduce our site content elsewhere without permission.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, without refunding any package fees already earned for work delivered. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Because Ambalvee serves clients across multiple countries, these Terms are governed by general principles of fair dealing, and any dispute will first be handled through direct negotiation via our support channels. Where a dispute can't be resolved this way, applicable local consumer protection law in your country of residence may give you rights that these Terms don't override.
We may update these Terms as the Services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email, phone number, company/university, order details, messages you send us, and basic technical data (browser type, general location derived from IP, pages visited) for security and site improvement. We do not collect more than we need for the purpose it's collected for.
We use your information to: deliver the services you order, respond to support tickets, send order/invoice/account notifications, process payments through our payment providers, and — only if you opt in — send updates about new tools or services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where GDPR applies, we process your data under one or more of: performance of a contract (delivering what you ordered), your consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share the minimum necessary data with: payment processors (to process a payment you initiate), email/communication tools (to send order updates), and — only for the specific tool you choose to visit — nothing at all, since AI Tools Hub links take you directly to the third party's own site, governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it's deleted or anonymized.
Because Ambalvee serves clients globally, your data may be processed in a country other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them without verified parental/guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided us data without consent, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure — we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

If we haven't started work on your order, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has genuinely started, refunds are prorated to the work already completed. If the final delivery doesn't match the agreed brief, we'll revise it free of charge first — if it still doesn't match after reasonable revision, you're entitled to a refund for that order.
Monthly plans (Full Semester Plan, Course Companion, Growth Retainer, Dedicated Team, etc.) bill in advance and renew automatically each period. You can cancel any time from your Account Settings or by emailing us — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current, already-paid period, except where required by local consumer law.
Ongoing dedicated-team engagements require 14 days' written notice to end, to allow for a responsible handover. Fees already paid for staffing time delivered are non-refundable; unused prepaid time beyond the notice period is refunded on request.
Wallet top-ups used for AI Studio credits are refundable while unused, minus any payment-processor fees already incurred, on request within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — most issues can be resolved faster directly, and an unresolved chargeback dispute may result in account suspension while it's investigated.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, which always takes precedence over this policy where it applies.

The short version: our academic services are intended as study aids — model answers, tutoring, editing, research support, and practice material to learn from. In several countries (including the UK and Australia) and at most universities worldwide, submitting work produced by a third party as your own for grading is a serious academic integrity violation, and in the UK and Australia specifically, providing that kind of "contract cheating" service to students is against the law. You are responsible for how you use anything we deliver — use it to learn, cite it properly where required, and follow your own institution's academic integrity policy.
Assignments, model answers, sample solutions, editing, tutoring notes, and research support are provided as reference and learning material. Where your institution or local law requires that submitted work be entirely your own, it is your responsibility to use our material accordingly — for study, as a reference, or as a starting point you substantially rework yourself, not as a direct, undisclosed submission.
If you are a student in the United Kingdom or Australia, be aware that both countries have specific laws targeting commercial "essay mill" / contract-cheating services (the UK's Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 and Australia's ISEA Act 2020). Ambalvee expects clients to use our academic services in a way that complies with the law and their institution's policy in their own country — we do not knowingly provide services for the purpose of enabling a violation of these laws.
We may decline an order, request clarification of intended use, or suspend an account where we reasonably believe these terms are being violated. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
